FIFA President Gianni Infantino and UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin confirmed their presence at the upcoming gala evening "100 years of Bulgarian football" on December 2.
It is the first time the two are visiting Bulgaria together and among the official guests will be other delegations from European football federations as well as a number of people from the sports and business elite in Bulgaria.
"We are honoured that the centenary of Bulgarian football will be honoured by the world football family. The presence of Gianni Infantino, Aleksander Ceferin and the presidents of the European football federations is a high recognition and proof of the spirit of friendship that unites us," said on the eve of the gala evening the President of the Bulgarian Football Union Georgi Ivanov.
The event "100 Years of Bulgarian Football" will take place on 2 December at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, with media representatives having access to the official guests from the Bulgarian business and sports elite between 16.00 and 17.00 in a specially designated corner in the hotel lobby.
The gala evening will be broadcast live on Diema and Diema sport HD from 18.00.
