The Bulgarian Football Union will host the 10th Course for UEFA Referee Instructors and the 9th Course for Referee Fitness Instructors in Europe.
The courses will take place between 26th of February and 4-th of March 2018, with more than 100 referee instructors coming from all over Europe. The exercises will cover theory and practice.
Lecturer for the course for fitness instructors will be Mr Werner Helsen from Belgium, and lecturers for the course for technical instructors will be Vlado Shine, Hugh Dallas and Mark Bata.
