Bulgaria U21 team lost to Macedonia U21 0:1 in a friendly game which was played at “Petar Miloshevski” training center in Skopje. Marjan Radeski scored the only goal in the 43rd minute.
For Bulgaria Aleksandar Georgiev, Nasko Milev, Preslav Petrov and Serkan Yusein tried to score but without success and in the 86th minute the goalie Nikolay Krastev saved Petar Petkovski`s penalty.
This was Bulgaria`s first friendly game for 2017 as a part of the team`s preparation for the upcoming qualifiers in September. Bulgaria is in Group 9 along with France, Montenegro, Slovenia, Kazakhstan and Luxembourg.
