The Bulgarian instructors took part at a FIFA seminar which was held in Sliven between 25-29th of January. The participants who play a crucial role in the continuous learning process of Bulgarian referees were accommodated in "Sports Palace" hotel. FIFA instructor Juan Antonio Fernandez Marin from Spain was a guest and main lector at the seminar. The participants had an intense program during the five days, which included practices in room, workgroups, video analysis, practical training, etc. The instructors tried their best to benefit from Mr. Fernandez`s knowledge and experience. In the end of the seminar each of the participants received a certificate.
