Bulgaria U18 team finished in eighth place in the final standings of the international tournament "Valentin Granatkin", which is held in Saint Petersburg, Russia. In the last match of the competition, the Bulgarians lost to Slovenia U18 0:3.
Zan Celar scored two goals and Jurij Spanja added another one for the Slovenians.
For Bulgaria Aleksander Zlatkov, Martin Minchev and Erol Dost tried to score from distance, but missed the target, and in the 48th minute Mitko Mitkov`s shot hit the post.
