The city of Varna will host the Preliminary Round Group D matches for UEFA Futsal EURO 2018. The mini tournament will be held from 24th to 27th of January 2017. In Group D Bulgaria will meet England, Albania and Malta. All matches will be played at „Palace of Culture and Sports“

Winners of Group D will advance to the Main Round, where will face Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary and Azerbaijan in Group 2.
Main Round group winners will secure their place at European Championship in 2018, which will take place in Slovenia.
Teams finished on second place in the group and the best third team of all groups will be enter into a qualifying playoffs. Slovenia has the right to participate in the tournament as host nation.
