The Bulgarian national team took part in the International Futsal Tournament – Three Nations Cup which was held in Chalkida, Greece.
The first game against Turkey was played on 2nd November and ended 1:1. The “Lions” took the lead after an own goal by a Turkish player. A little later Turkey equalized after a mistake in the Bulgarian defense.
In the second part Rosen Dachev scored for Bulgaria, but the referee disallowed the goal because the ball left the field of play.
In the end of the game Plamen Stoykov, Stamen Arsov and Yosif Shutev could have scored for Bulgaria if not for Turkish goalie, who saved their shots.
A day earlier Turkey beat Greece 2:1.

On 3rd November Bulgaria faced Greece in its final game which ended 3:1 for the hosts.
Dimitar Tsvetanov and Marko Kostic missed a few good goal scoring opportunities during the first part.
The hosts took the lead in the second part after a free kick. Minutes later Rosen Dachev netted the ball for 1:1 after Yosif Shutev`s assist. But that wasn`t all. Greece scored again and Bulgaria was forced to risk it all by playing with a fifth outfield player. That led to some dangerous situations in front of the hosts` goal, but without a result. A little later the Greeks scored again and in the end they missed a long penalty.
