The Bulgarian Under-21 national team lost against Denmark U21 in its penultimate qualifier for UERO 2017.
Ingvartsen fired in a hat-trick. The striker was accurate in the 13th, 28th and 62nd minutes of the game which was played at “Beroe” Stadium in Stara Zagora.
The Lions also had good goalscoring opportunities but Nenov, Terziev, Atanasov and Despodov missed their chances.
In the other match of the Group Luxembourg beat Armenia 1:0 as host.
After this game Bulgaria is in third position with 14 points. Denmark is leading in the Group with 25 points, followed by Romania with 16. Wales is fourth – 13. Luxembourg and Armenia are occupying the last two positions with 6 and 1 points respectively.
Bulgaria`s next and final game is against Romania on 11th of October, at 17:00 CET, at “Beroe” Stadium in Stara Zagora.
