Referees from Lithuania will take charge of the World Cup qualifier in Group "A" between the teams of Bulgaria and Luxembourg on September 6, from 21:45, at the "Vasil Levski" stadium. Chief referee of the match will be the 38-year-old Gediminas Mazeika and his assistants will be Vytautas Simkus and Vitenis Kazlauskas. As a fourth referee was appointed Sergejus Sliva.
Mazeika is an international referee of FIFA since 2008 and since 2000 operates in the top division in Lithuania.
He is born on March 24, 1978 in the city of Kaunas.
