Bulgaria beach football national team outplayed Romania 5:4 in a friendly

The Bulgarian beach football national team beat Romania 5:4 in a friendly game which was played at “AquaLife Beach Arena” in Kranevo. A day earlier the guest won the first match with 8:5.

The “lions” showed their skills and self confidence and outplayed Romania, which plays in the Europe`s Elite group and occupies 13th place in the ranking.

The match was very interesting for the spactators, with lots of goalscoring opoortunities and ended 4:4 in the regular time. Bulgaria`s goalscorer Filip Filipo netted the ball 4 times. In the added time Pavel Adamov shaped the final outcome of the game with a perfect scissors kick.

Filip Filipov won the player of the match award.

In August the two teams will face each other again in two friendly games which are part of Bulgaria`s preparations for the upcoming Euro league in Siofok, Hungary between 10-14 August. The “lions” are in Division 2, Group 2 along with the teams of Azerbaijan, Denmark and the hosts.
