200 players took part in the final football festival for girls U15, held from 24 to 26 June at the "Sevtopolis" stadium in Kazanlak. 12 teams from different cities participated in the competition organized by Bulgarian Football Union as part of the "Women's Football Development Programme". All the expenses for accommodation and food were taken by the organizers.
The competition was held in two stages. Group stage was made of four groups each of three teams and then knockout matches and matches for each place were played.
The team of "NSA" won the festival after outplaying 1:0 "Ekomet 90"at the final.
Official guests of the event were the President of the Amateur Football League - Rumen Valkov and general secretary of the AFL - Alexander Shatrovski. They handed the rewards of the winning teams.
At the end of the festival the best players were awarded with individual prizes.
Temenuga Georgieva FC "Gundi" has been selected for the best goalkeeper of the Festival. The award for best defender received Yanica Ivanova from "NSA." The best forward - Aleksandra Yaneva "Ekomet 90" and the prize for the most skillful player was awarded to Nasca Bontcheva of "Beroe".
