Almost 400 children took part in the finals of football 5,7 and 9 in Tryavna

Almost 400 children took part in this year's finals of football 5,7 and 9 in Tryavna. For the third consecutive time the Renaissance city hosted the competition, which was organized by "Children and youth football Department" of BFU and the organizers took the expenses for hotel and food for all the participating teams.

For three days, 24 teams competed on the field of stadium "Angel Kanchev" in Tryavna, and in the nearby village Plachkovtsi. The group stage consisted of eight teams split into two groups of four teams.

In the final phase matches were played for the allocation of places for the final standings. The winners of each group competed for the 1-2 place, second for 3-4 place, and the third for 5-6 place and last for 7-8.

Viewers witnessed many exciting matches with a lot of goals, emotions and most importantly - FAIRPLAY. Official guests of the event were the governor of BFU in Gabrovo - Georgi Trendafilov, technical director of BFU - Pavel Panov, the regional coach in BFU - Emil Spasov and regional BFU managers - Alexander Yordanov and Stefan Kolev, who awarded the winners with trophies.

  

In the Football 5 competition above all was the team of "Cherveno zname" (Tsarsko Selo), which triumphed with the title after success in the finals against their opponents from "Orleta" (Pazardjik) 4: 0.

At the final of football 7 young talents of the "Tsarsko Selo" Academy were also above all. The players of Kemal Rashidov has won with categorical 3:0 against "Chernomorets" and grabbed the final trophy.

The team of "Botev" (Plovdiv) won the final of football 9 after outplaying CSKA 6:2 on penalties. The regular time ended 1:1.
