Bulgaria’s “A” National Team will play two friendlies on March 2016.
The first match against Portugal will take place on March 25 in Leiria at Estádio Dr. Magalhaes Pessoa, at 20:45 WET. Four days later the team will face FYR Macedonia in Scopje. Both friendlies will aid in the team’s preparation for the European Zone qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Bulgaria was drawn in qualification group A along with the teams of the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Belarus and Luxembourg.
Ivaylo Petev`s squad begins its qualifiers with a home match against Luxembourg on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 20:45 CET and concludes with a visit to the same opponent on 10 October 2017.
